Electrician
$101/hr- Design and install new electrical systems and equipment such as motors, transformers, wiring, lighting, switches, and alarm systems
- Troubleshoots low voltage up to 480V electrical systems
- Cleaning and rewiring motors
- Testing electrical systems for safety and efficiency
Equipment Operator
$101/hr- Minor repairs on equipment and vehicles
- Fork lifting deliveries
- Trenching, excavating, grading
- Hauling and pavement sweeping
Carpenter / Locksmith
$101/hr- Rough-in to finish carpentry, cabinets, and partition walls
- Repairing and replacing doors and frames
- Custom woodwork, shipping crate fabrication, minor remodeling
- Small painting and flooring requests
- Auto door operators, lock installation, door re-keying
- Manages the key system for all RFS buildings
Plumber
$101/hr- New sink installation, faucets, toilets, drinking fountains
- Repairs leaking pipes and nonfunctioning plumbing
- Sewer cam services
Stationary Engineer
$101/hr- Routine and long-term preventive maintenance on building HVAC systems
- Troubleshoots heating, cooling, refrigeration, controls, vacuum and compressed air systems
Custodial
$60/hr- Carpet cleaning
- Floor care, waxing and polishing
- Event set-up
Project management / admin fees based on project scope. Non-UC rates: 160.5% for all services.
